In the way of wireless technologies advancements, bluetooth came into existence. All of we know that it is extensively using in many mobile phones. It allows two compatible devices to connect and communicate. Bluetooth system is become a standard in the automobile industry. The car's bluetooth system lets you operate mobile phone as hands free, Means you do not need to hold the mobile phone while taking or making a call or performing activities such as accessing the address book. You can directly operate some of the phone features on the car's screen when bluetooth is connected. The compatibility is vary from phone to phone to connect with the hands free bluetooth system of a car. It allows the devices, which are compatible with the car streaming system to stream the music. This is a great feature for wireless access music stored on a device. When the user is connected with a smartphone, he can stream the Internet radio services such as Pandora.
  • Smartphone features: The latest car bluetooth technology features have the advantage of internet connected with smartphones and applications such as Bing and Google maps. The BMW and Mini systems allow the user to download Twitter and Facebook updates or feeds, and they read aloud to the driver.
  • Ring-tone and Volume: Most bluetooth systems allow to adjust the volume of incoming call. The voice of the caller is generally comes from the vehicle's stereo system's speakers. Therefore, it can adjust with the speakers volume. Some of the available systems also allow you to change the ring tone of the incoming call.
  • Call options: There are many comfortable call options available with the bluetooth system. Those are like list of missed calls, view a call history, and let you redial a number, call waiting and three way calling.
  • Address book: Some systems download the phone's address book and allow you to access it. Some systems need to input the phone number one by one, it is not convenient. The additional features available in some systems like identifying multiple phone numbers in a contact nick names etc. Some systems allow you to search through the contacts instead of go through the entire list.
Some systems even display the phone's signal strength, battery level, service provider name, voice mail and DTMF. It makes to use the device more easily with fewer distractions in driving.

The Airless Tire Technology in car

In recent years, many,companies have tried to design airless tires that do not puncture. At last the best design created by the Michelin tweel, that is with the combination of the wheel as well as tire. This design is the one of the first best ideas to bring non-pneumatic tires to the attention of public.

This is developed by Michelin, this tires are not filled with air, therefore, this tires are called non-pneumatic. By developing this, the days have gone when the tire could leave you on the flat. This concept is not new as previously the cars have been crossed the country on the wheels of without air.

This airless tires do not use traditional wheel hub assembly, but the solid inner hub mounts to the axle that is fitted with polyurethane spokes that are arrayed in the pattern of wedges. Then the shear band is stretched around the spokes to form the outer edge of the tire. Then at last the thread is attached to the shear band.

This tweel looks like a very large future bicycle wheel and when it is put on the road, the spokes will absorb the impact from road as the air tires does. As the spoke bends, the thread and the shear will gets deformed temporarily and then spring back quickly to its shape. The ride will be more comfortable with the more pliant spokes. The tweel can be made with different spoke tensions, by allowing  them for handling different characteristics.
