How to Give Complaint on Seller If Any Thing Goes Wrong

Generally customers purchase many products or services through online. Some times they are not satisfied with those products or services. Many customers do not know what to do at that time.

If you want to give the complaint, then you check the site for a customer service page. In this page you may find e-mail address, or phone number through which you can directly complain or pose product related queries to the vendor, for which he is supposed to answer. Normally a merchant manufactures a product to satisfy his customer, if he fails to do that, he has to certainly take the responsibility for his actions. Further, you can also contact the Business Bureau, The Federal Trade Commission's Consumer Complaint Forum, or the Office of the State Attorney General or National Association of Attorney General in the state where seller is located, if any customer not satisfied with seller's actions.

Above is the information on how to give complaint on the seller or store keeper.
