Generally, fee can be in average from 10 to 15 percent of annual salary of nannies. If it is new agency, it has lower fees than this. If any agency fails to provide a matched nanny then it has to refund the money, but many agencies agree replace the nanny with in a period of time.

Still, there are many questions to ask such as: What is their screening process and do they provide you any documentation on screening?, do they provide any training program for nannies?, how they recruit nannies? etc.
