Don't Let Your Body Speak More Than You During the Interviews

Some people tend to be more expressive in their gestures and facial expressions. This kind of tendency is not at all helpful when it comes to attending interviews. There are certain limitations to how much we move our hands and other things in such a way that they make a perfect combination to what we are saying. Always remember, the words we say and the gestures we make should be in accordance with each other, to make an effective communication. Let us see few things which should be maintained in order to control our body language during the time of interview.

The first thing would be your eye contact. It is always better to maintain an eye contact with the interviewer, since it creates a kind of rapport and enables better interaction. Establishing a better eye contact always builds a trust in you and makes your communication more effective.

Gestures also makes your communication more effective which also helps in giving extra energy to what you are saying. However, they should be in limit otherwise, they create great confusion during the time of the interview. The gestures should be natural and should not be artificial in any sense. Gestures made artificially can be easily identified by the recruiters and hence can be caught under dramatization. Your gestures should be in such a way that they should cope with what exactly you are saying and then only they are found to be functional. Always keep the body language clam and in control by maintaining the energy and the confidence. Don't let your physical attitude affect your psychological attitude and always have a presence of mind.

What is the Role of a Temporary Employment Agency In Providing Job for Individuals?

A temporary employment agency or a temp agency is an organization which helps in hiring temporary employees for companies. These agencies are beneficial at situations like lay offs and job losses. The agencies act as an intermediary between businesses and workers.

Temporary employment agencies conduct interviews and tests for job applicants. References and resumes are collected by them. Then a position is found for the worker. They help in increasing the chances of getting a job. The agencies maintain contacts with many employers. So they ensure that all the applicants registered in the agency would get a job. The duration of temporary positions may vary based on the type of industry. Temporary job positions may sometimes lead to permanent positions based on performance of the candidate.

The charge for work by temporary employees is based on hourly rate. Some temporary employment agencies involve in paying the workers based on the rate. The wage rate may depend on the location and size of the business. The agencies also work with issues related to payroll taxes. All the information regarding the company are informed to the selected candidate by the agency itself. Temporary employment agencies play a helpful role in job searching.

Evaluating The Success Of Recruiting Process

Most companies evaluate the success of recruiting with filling of a position with the right candidate. In fact, filling up the position is just a part of the recruiting process. A recruiting process is said to be successful only when the position is not required to be re-recruited.

In simple words, a recruiting process should make sure that the person who joins the organization stay long term and do not disengage due to issues in his compatibility with organization. It could also be for the reason that the candidate is not aligned with the commitment he made to the company and quits it as soon as he gets some other good opportunity elsewhere.

This issue is seen with most companies that have simple recruiting process or incompetent recruiting staff. The assessment of the morals or commitment of the candidate is as important as assessing his skills and degrees. The assessing skills come from the experience and competence of the recruiter.
