Essential Vitamins to Ensure Healthy Skin

Regular cleansing of skin and skin care against sun is not just enough to ensure healthy skin. It even requires proper diet and supply of vitamins and minerals. The skin may look dull and lifeless with lack of proper vitamins. Go through to know the essential vitamins which promote the health of skin.
  • Vitamin A, also called as retinol, helps in promoting growth and development of skin cells. It even maintains the health of skin tissues and immune system. This vitamin is considered to complement skin tone, eradicate fine lines and enhance skin elasticity.

  • Vitamin K, also, to some extent, ensures healthy skin by eradicating the presence of dark circles.
Ingesting vitamins is, therefore, very much important along with nourishing the skin topically. So, one should make sure that their diet includes these essential vitamins. Otherwise, required amounts of vitamin supplements have to be taken to avoid any skin issues.
